CANJordan Staal is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is a centre and captain for the Carolina Hurricanes of the National Hockey League (NHL). He is regarded as a premier penalty-killer and skilled two-way forward. In 2007, he became the youngest player to score a hat trick in league history.
