USAMichael Joseph Fulmer is an American professional baseball pitcher in the San Francisco Giants organization. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers, Minnesota Twins, Chicago Cubs, and Boston Red Sox. Fulmer won the American League Rookie of the Year Award in 2016, and was an All-Star in 2017.
