USACharles Thomas McMillen is an American politician, businessman, and former professional basketball player. A Rhodes Scholar, McMillen represented Maryland's 4th congressional district from 1987 to 1993. He played in the National Basketball Association for the Buffalo Braves, New York Knicks, Atlanta Hawks, and Washington Bullets from 1975 until 1985.
