Data & methodology

How AGON tracks Cronos

Token data refreshes continuously from primary CEX feeds with stale-feed rejection and outlier clamping applied before the median is published. TVL figures are read from independent on-chain readers per protocol — never from protocol self-reports — so the rankings stay defensible.

Sector classification is derived from on-chain activity rather than self-declared tags. Coverage extends to long-tail assets, RWAs and exchange-based tokens, not just majors.

Sentiment, news and ecosystem entities are computed independently from price action and surfaced in the Intelligence tab. For raw on-chain verification, AGON links directly to the official Cronos explorer.

Cronos (CRO) is the native asset of Cronos, used for transaction fees and protocol-level coordination on the network.

Where do the Cronos numbers come from?

Token prices are volume-weighted across the largest qualifying spot venues. TVL and protocol counts are read from independent on-chain readers — AGON does not rely on protocol self-reports.

How often is Cronos data refreshed?

The token table, ticker and KPI strip refresh on a sub-minute cadence. TVL and DeFi protocol metrics refresh on the minute. The TVL chart aggregates point data over time.

Can I trade Cronos tokens directly from AGON?
